Everyone has to know the answer of the question whether coconut is beneficial to us or not. From my point of view, indeed coconut is very effective and beneficial for your health.
Coconut vinegar is made from the sap of the flowers of the coconut trees. After 8 to 12 months of fermentation, the sap of the flowers turns into vinegar. Coconut vinegar is also known as tuba vinegar, goan vinegar or sukang tuba.

Coconut vinegar has a cloudy and white appearance and the taste of this vinegar is slightly milder than apple cider vinegar. It is acidic in nature, so regularly drinking it straight up may damage your esophagus and the enamel of your teeth.
